screenshot.pngI no longer want my work email to pop up on my suggested contacts when sharing scanned items. It gave me an option before to add it but now none to remove it. I have a screenshot below. It is not in my HP Account settings as the virtual assistant states. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This could be an issue with the Microsoft store. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Click here to download the HP Smart app from the HP Support site

Try printing.

 

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network to print.
