Step 10, %temp% opens a long list of files and folders.  Does your instruction "...delete everything." mean all of these or just those labeled HP?

yesterday when I was in the registry I noticed a folder named Printers and I had a look in there and saw these with officejet 6500, should they still be there or not?1j.jpg

Thank you for your help.  Every thing now appears to be working normally as it was before the Windows 10 upgrade.  I can now select scan from the solutions center.  I really appreciate your help.
