Very strange. A couple months ago, my HP Envy 7640 required me to create a PIN for my email account for Scan to Email. I did not have any problems before this.
I was able to add my email address again, follow the email response, and enter the PIN into the printer.
Good News: I can now scan to email again from the printer.
Bad News: When I open up the internal web admin from the printer, under "Scan", I can no longer see the configuration options for Scan to Email. When I try the "HP Utility" app, it also is missing the Scan to Email settings.
Did I turn something off? When I go to "Advanced Settings" there is an option to enable / disable "Scan to Computer", but nothing for "Scan to Email"
How do I fix this? What is wrong? How would I reconfigure the SMTP server instructions if I had to? The first time I set this up, I did it from the web admin interface.

I'd like to help!
We can restore teh printer to default and reconfigure the printer and that should resolve the issue-
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
