Hi there, I have an issue with Scan to Email function on my Laserjet MFP M527F.
I have correctly setup SMTP server and if I try to send a test email (without attachment) from the printer I will receive it successfully in my email (this means SMTP connection is fine).
But if I scan a document directly in the printer and send it to my email, I won't receive any message.
If I check the Job status in the printer, it stays on "Sending" for a few minutes, like it's trying to send it but something is blocking it.
I have checked the error logs and I can see a couple of errors:
No. 48.01.02 - Job Framework Internal Error
Followed by:
No. 44.10.04 - General Sent to Email Error
Checking online for this error there are not many info, the only one I found suggest to turn off the printer and unplug the power cable, keep it unplugged for a few minutes and then re-plug and try again.
I did all of this but the issue is the same as before.
I called HP support and the technician remotely connected to my pc trying to figure out if something wrong in the printer settings but he could not manage to solve my issue, after 2 hours of troubleshooting.
PS: It doesn't send to any email address.
Anyone has any idea how to solve this?

IT's the latest one.
I have no idea what could that be, SMTP settings is fine cause I can receive Test Email.
So must be something else, maybe related to the attachment, or either some other security settings?
