Scanner & two Laptops are on network, only one laptops receives scan. How do I activate the other?

@howard-y, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

What model printer are you using?

Are you trying to simultaneously scan to both the computers? This is not possible. You have to scan individually from both the computers.

Install the scanning software on the computer to initiate scans.
