Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hi, The 'Support' pages seems terribly absent. I have (and had for a long time) a OfficeJet Pro 8024e, one function is supposedly to one touch scan to the computer. It never has allowed it to scan to Mac on the network (my only computers) is there a way around this? The screen on the machine is simply saying to go to 123.hp.com etc.

 

the customer support is shocking.
