Hello,
I own an
HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
A need to use the Scan-to-email feature to
1. Scan multiples pages through the ADF
2. Create a PDF file with said pages
3. Email the PDF file to an email recipient
All of this without using a computer.
The problem I have is that I need to press "new page" for every page I want to include in the PDF.
Is it possible to automatically create a PDF file until the ADF runs out of pages ? This will save A LOT of time.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Can you do a scan with your software with the following settings first:
1. Source is set to "Use Document Feeder if loaded".
2. Do a scan AND save the settings.
After that, you can shut down your PC and try to scan to Email from the front panel using the ADF, it should work now.

Hi @Javier_1G
Please do try. We did it on the HP Officejet Pro 8740: was able to scan multiple pages to email.
One thing to note about Scan from Computer, Scan to email etc, it takes the settings from the last saved settings.

Once you understand how the "Scan to" function works, you'll appreciate the software more.
