My scan to my email is suddenly not being received. There has been no change in router or my wireless. The screen says it was successful. however, I'm not receiving the scan. I tried to add an new email account. It says it is sending me a pin to activate. I never receive that email. I've restarted all of the equipment. No resolution. Reviewed all settings and confirmed that the printer is conected to the wireless and the internet. What could be wrong?

While I wait for the answers, I recommend you disable HP web services and re-enable it and check whether the issue is resolved.

I had the same problem come up after being able to scan to my e-mail for years. I'm not sure if this will work for you, but it did for me. First I turned off the printer. Then I unplugged my printer from the wall as well as unplugging the connection to the back of the printer and the connection to the power module. Any place where there was a connection, I disconnected the wiring. I left the printer off for about five minutes and then proceeded to reattach all of the wirings before finally turning on the machine. Then I tried to e-mail myself a scanned document and there it was on my computer, just like it used to be. I hope this works for you 👍
