I've been using the scan to email function since I brought the printer in late 2021.

 

Had to do a full reset of the printer and set up again, Scan to email keeps coming up with the "Username or password is incorrect. Ensure both user account and password are valid"

 

I'm connecting to Gmail account.

 

SMTP - smtp.gmail.com

SMTP - tried port 25, 587, 465

 

Always use SSL/TLS = Ticked

 

SMtp required verification - Ticked.

usersname: my full gmail address

Password: my correct and verified password

 

Test after test fails.
