Product: HP Laserjet 3030
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced my Win7 with a Win10 machine. The downloads available for the HP LaserJet 3030 allow me to print but the scanner is not recognized. It doesn't think I have one. I do not see any additional downloads to support this printers functionality.

I ran  upd-pcl6-x64-6.9.0.24630.exe - the printer works but the scanner is not shown under devices.

Windows Fax & Scan says that "no scanners are detected".

Any suggestions on how to get win10 to see the scanner?

 

I also tried the download that said it was a universal USB communication driver.

In order to help you, please access Use the software in Windows to scan.

Otherwise, please try with the following UPD driver version 6.1.0: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/UPD/hp-upd-6.1.0.20062/upd-pcl6-x64-6.1.0.20062.exe.
