Product: HP OfficeJet 5230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

J'ai vu HP OfficeJet 5230 en wifi. 

J'ouvre un document word et je peux imprimer sur mon imprimante en wifi.

J'ouvre le logiciel Hp Smart V110.1.671.0. je vois bien consulté en wifi.

Si je clique sur «Paramètres Imprimante» est je vois bien ses paramètres.

Si je clique sur «Numériser», puis «Numériser», sur la numérisation numérisée mais dans Hp smart s'affiche: «Problème lié au scanner a été détecté. Redémarrez consultées et réessayer. Si le problème persiste, consultez le site web d'assistance Hp. »

J'ai désinstallé Hp Smart. Redémarrer le pc, nettoyer avec ccleaner. J'ai réinstallé Hp Smart mais toukours même problème que avec le scanner.

Comment résoudre cela?
