Good luck to us all!  I've never gone on a help site before.  It's comforting to know others are having the same issue and it's not just something I'm doing wrong.  Fingers crossed that there will be a solution.  I can't download the HP driver.

GOOD NEWS!!  I've just installed the latest Mac OS Sonoma update (14.1), scanned for printers, it found my HP x476dw, and I can print!

I'm so happy I could cry!

I've just installed the latest Mac OS update (14.1), scanned for printers, but the problem isn't solved.

HP easy scan for HP inkjet pro 6960 gives still different pages i.s.o. 1 correct page.

Different blanks pages.

I have also downloaded Sonoma 14.1 and it has not solved my scanning problem.  My HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 will print but will not scan.

The latest OS is Detected operating system: macOS 13 Choose a different OS
