I have gone through a ton of stuff deleted all drivers and all folders print drivers etc from a HP expert post I found. Reinstalled all software same result. Scanner scans document then nothing, save is grayed out. my choices are Back, Save, Exit.  here is a screen shot of it If it lets me post one it will be below.

Had to use the HP app and it worked unbelievable that they would force this on you with no notice not happy about that but happy to have it working I guess.

I have tried to select a different save file location and that did nothing same result.
