HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I've got HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 All-in-One and I was using it for a while now. Untill some time ago the scanning carriage got stuck (as shown in picture). I was trying to reset the printer using the power and cancel button and it worked but only for a couple of scans. The scanning carriage always returns to this position.

Did anyone else faced this problem? Scanner stuckScanner stuck

Thank you for you message, but unfortunately if didnt work.
Resseting didnt change a thing. I also tried to update firmware using "HP printer update". But it just says that the update fails.
