Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I can not scan with the command on the display the PC is not found.
Scanning from the HP Smart app goes well.
Fault message is The Scan can by one or more of the following problems not be completed.
- connection to thet computer is interupted
- The scan is already in use
- There is no OCR application
What I see below the scanpicture on the display is two narrow lines. Is this meaning the scan is in use?

Hallo,
After installing the full software : EN5000Ful- Webpack_44.4.2678.exe is the problem solved.
