I recently lost the ability to use either the flatbed or ADF to wirelessly scan directly to my Windows 10 Pro PC which I have been able to do for years. I ended up having to unistall my printer and all associated HP software and reinstalling using Easy Start. 

 

After doing so, when I use the flatbed the scan-to-computer feature from the printer works as expected. However the ADF will still not send my scans to my PC. When I scan with my ADF, it recognizes my PC, feeds properly and even gives me a confirmation that my scan has been successfully sent, but the folder that I have designated as the destination does not automatically open (a setting I have set) nor can I find the scan anywhere on my PC.

 

I've already gone to my Windows Fax and Scan >> Tools and removed any conflicting profiles and restarted my PC several times.

Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates to fix the issue.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Checked the firmware directly from the printer:

Settings >> Printer Maintenance >> Update Printer >> Check Now

and it said the most current updates have already been installed.

 

Issue still persists.

Any updates on this issue as I have the same experience with my brand new HP 9025e... with all the latest software and firmware updates... has acted this way since day 1.   My guess is it is a software & windows 10 issue since the scan to computer using the glass works fine just the ADF never sends the doc anywhere
