I want to put multiple pages to scan into multiple pdf files.

So i dont need to scan each invoice piece by piece with my previous printer it was very easy to setup but i cannot find and lost already many hours

please help

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-7740-wide-format-all-in-one-printe...

Download from Software Utility "HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories" and install.
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

This example shows you how to scan and save into individual PDF files:

Yes it finally helped i removed all software from pc and reset software from printer and now it finally works (after2 other hours ) but now I cannot scan from my printer anymore so I can use only the software on PC 😞 .

I ran scan doctor 5.3.1 but it says no problem. It says scan to your computer is at this moment not available as before this was working....

Scandoctor passed all no issue

I tried again and turn on and of the printer an d now itw orks .

But this morning my acounting program couldnt find the printer.

I also had to turn on and of again.

I already putted on from 01.00 AM until 11.59 PM so he dont go ,to sleep but he wasn't waking up.

Can i change somewhere this also and turn of the beep. I didnt put on silend mode because printer sound is okay and i dont want to be slower just the commic tjing beep id like to turn of if possible.

Hi,

Not sure if muting the keyboard will turn off the beeps?

Try these steps:

1. swipe down and go to Settings (gear icon)

2. Select Preferences

3. Go to Sound Effects/Volume

4. Change to Mute.
