Hi - I am scanning a 5-page single-sided document via the Document Feeder using HP Smart.  Configurations on HP Smart are Source (Document Feeder), Presets (Document), Page Size (A4), Output (Gray), Resolution (150dpi).  When the printer scans this document, the 5 pages turns into 100+ pages in the document with each page being replicated many times.  

 

I used the menu on the Printer itself and reset the scanner settings, i.e., Setup -> Printer Maintenance -> Restore -> Restore Settings -> Scanner.  But this doesn't seem work.  Also have tried to update the printer under Setup -> Printer Maintenance -> Update the Printer, but this is the latest version of software.

 

Anyone have the same problems or an idea of how to fix?
