Hi
My HP Deskjet 3752 was scanning, printing and copying fine and now suddenly scanning and copying produce a page full of vertical colored lines. This is not the flat glass surface scanner - therefore I cannot clean rollers or glass. I've tried unplugging and restarting, used the HP & Print & Scan Doctor App, and I've followed several links that lead me nowhere or to clean glass which my scanner does not have. Can anyone help?

Hi,
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet.
Kind Regards
