OfficeJet 7612
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All scans, whether using the document feeder or setting the document on the glass, come out crooked.  Consistently, a few degrees twisted to the right.  When using the feeder, I scan one document at a time, and ensure the edge guides are up against the document tightly.  When using the glass, I ensure the document is aligned exactly at the corner and close the cover carefully - and after I open the cover, the document is still there aligned properly.  I have cleaned the ADF feeders.  I've tried using the HP Print Doctor, which for some reason results in error that it cannot communicate with the printer (even after I power down the printer, power it back up, and restart the computer per the Dr. instructions.  This issue is a heavy hit against my productivity and professionalism.  I have looked at other forums on this issue and cannot see any fix that works.  Really need some help here.  Thanks!

This issue could occur if the rollers are not aligned properly or worn out.

I'm having the same exact issue. I saw the link provided by HP support and it was for an "out of paper" issue. https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-7610-wide-format-e-all-in-one-series/5153788/model...
