Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When scanning more than 1 page from printer to laptop using the HP scan function the '+' button is no longer seen or available so that I am unable to scan a document in one go, how do I get this function restored?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you set the resolution to 300 dpi or lower, the "+" button should be visible again.
