Hi Gmr11264. You will need to contact HP Cloud Services for a real time server status update.
A workaround would be to manually scan the item to a computer or your iPad and attach it to the email and send it.

Guys, scanning to email no attachment. tried several times, printer / router on and off.
could you please explain why such a thing can happen? I mean seriously...
since I go the printer last Christmas for € 200 I scanned approx 20 times. Out of 20 I had problems on 5 occassions.
Would you please consider compensating for me for your substandard service ??
I am sure that if I look back on the papers of the printer it does not say that service uptime is max 75%...
