Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I updated the driver with the full driver package and firmware update from the HP website. Then, I downloaded HP Scan and Capture and Windows Scan apps. Also, I updated Microsoft Edge. After restarting the PC, I used the HP Scan and Capture app to scan, and it worked brilliantly! I could also scan from the Windows Scan app. The two apps came from the Microsoft Store. That is where the two apps were downloaded from.
