The copy and scan functions do not work on my HP Officejet 4630 e-All -in-One Printer. They used to work, but no longer do.

I removed the printer from my PC and then re-installed it. Still no copy and scan functions.  I'm not sure the driver was installed. I tried to install in using after accessing the HP support website, but I'm not sure it was installed.
