Product: HP Color LaserJet CM2320nf Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The product is a HP Color LaserJet CM2320nf MFP. There is no error message but when I do push the star scan button on the computer it will say Scanner error can not connect to rhe computer. Was able to scan 11 pages using the HP Smart program then it quit. I have deleted, downloaded and installed the software 3 times and THE HP Smart software 3 times. Copier is working fine. It is hooked up to the computer by USB.
