Hello,
Thanks for you being with me for troubleshooting my problem. At last I found the problem. There was some problem with windows 7, But I don't know what it is. But, after I upograded to windows 10, everything was functioning fine including scanning. When I tried to perform scan&doctor for the first time, it was fine. But, after a while the error came again as shown in image below. I restarted everything but not solved. Please tell me what could be the problem as it was fine at first attempt but later given error. Thank you.

Greetings!!@acsekhar
Thanks for reaching out to the forums!
I understand that you are getting the error while installing the Twain Scan software.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
Let’s try to uninstall the driver software and reinstall. It should take care of your concern.
Step 1:
Uninstalling the Printer from the computer J
1> In Windows search for and open Programs and features
2>Select your HP Printer
3>Select Uninstall
4>In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers.
5>In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP Printer.
If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete or 'Remove Device'
6>Open up the run command with the "Windows key +R" key combo.
7>Type printui.exe /s and click ok
8>Click on the "drivers" tab.
9>Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click remove at the bottom
10>Select Ok
11>Select Apply and Ok on the Printer Server Properties windows
12>Close Devices and printers.
Step 2: Please follow the link to install the full feature software: http://hp.care/2idJrPi

Hello,
I have already done those methods with the help of forum search. But, still same problem. What I see is, if I'm not wrong, there is no twainscan driver in the setup program. And most of the forum members have the same problem with no solution. Please guide. Thank you.

Let’s first try to fix this issue using HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR). PSDR is an automated tool which can diagnose and resolve printing and scanning problems. Please go to http://hp.care/2bZ9w2q to download and run HP PSDR.
Once you open the program, click on “Fix scanning” to automatically diagnose and resolve the issue.
Keep me posted:)
