Hi..am unable to scan with HP Deskjet F380 on my Windows 10 Laptop. Followed the instructions of HP Print and Scan Doctor as well as HP Smart several times but showing the same error message as "software is not fully downloaded/driver for scanner is not in place". Could you please confirm Is HP Deskjet F380 scanning feature is compatible with Windows 10 Laptop, if yes please support to resolve this.

Hello,

Please use the HP DeskJet F300 series Full Feature Software and Drivers to install your printer.
Right-click on AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_408-4.exe, then on Run as administrator, and then click Yes. Follow the instructions to install your printer.

You want to make a shortcut on the Windows desktop of the HP Scan application, do the following:

  1. Please go to the following path:
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP DeskJet F300 series\bin
  2. Right click on HPScan.exe, and then on Create shortcut.
