Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ADF has stopped working and a service tech is supposed to contact me but in the mean time I am scanning from the flatbed and I can only scan a single document and there isn't a tab to select multiple.  The current software is 16.0.17171.700 which is from August 2017 and I think it is the latest.

 

Also, if I try scanning from the printer the choice "Scan to Network Folder" doesn't do anything so I am not able to set it up.  Basically I can only scan from my PC.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Try this software:

 

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

It has the +Add Pages for the ADF where you can add pages to scan from your scan glass.
