Hello, my HP laser jet is not connecting to my computer for scanning. HP says its not finding a connection. What should I do?

I have tried turning it on and off.

can you print?

 

If you cannot print then it is not connected.  

If you can print but cannot scan then you may not have the full feature driver.

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name of printer for better assistance.
