From the Printer Assistant Window on your PC, run the fax setup wizard. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and then try sending a fax from your PC.

Are you able to run the fax setup wizard successfully?

Is there any error message during the setup?

Yes, as mentioned previously, I have run fax setup wizard several times.  Each and every time, the program signals that it has completed.  Also, I run the test function and all facets of the test indicate "PASS."  However, when I click on "send a fax" there is no response whatsoever, no error messages.
