To be honest, I prefer the days you simply connect a cable to your printer or connect via bluetooth and scan your documents. What sort of nonsense is this?! I have been trying to scan a document for almost 2 hours...it asked me to connect to HP smart, I did and selected scan, then it says sign in or create account, I tried both and it comes up with error and says contact support.  I try to contact support and I get virtual assistant which is useless and then I get an option to speak to an agent, but I must pay £21.49 to be able to get someone to speak to me to help sort this nonsense out. If this isnt resolved ASAP then thats the end of me ever using HP products, I would rather move to Epsom and other brands out there that would not give such hassles. 

 

Please I need to be able to sign in to hp smart and scan my documents thats all I ask...is that too much to ask from a **bleep** printer?!
