Hi,
I am unable to scan above 300dpi. I have used all the mentioned software here in forums. I have installed the latest recommended software from the hp drivers support page. The same is happening Mac OSX Sierra
For example, here are the software's I used after reading many related questions from this forum but still no resolution:
I have made sure I am using source= Flatbed but still for both options feeder or flatbed I still don't see Resolution (DPI) more than 300
- Hp Extended Scan
- Hp Smart
- Windows 10 Scan

Hi,
Try installing the HP Full Feature Software for your printer, then scan using HP MFP Scan which should allow higher scan resolutions.
Download and install the latest Full Feature Software below:
Once completing the installation, open HP MFP Scan and check for additional scan resolutions there:
