I'm unable to scan any documents over Airprint as I have done for years. I get an error in ImageCapture "Failed to open a connection to the device (21345). I am on the latest version of MacOS.



Does anyone have a solution they might offer for this issue which is preventing me from using a basic function that was advertised (and is still advertised) as working when I bought this product? Thanks!

I can. But image capture is still not working.

Anyone have ideas? I am so tired of Image Capture not working despite having been advertised as a feature when I bought this HP product.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as they can remotely access your MAC and help you with this.
