When selecting scan to email as I have done many times in the past, I receive a message that my username and password are incorrect.  I am set up to be wireless with the HP Web Services installed.  I have reinstalled the software on my computer an hp Pavillion x360.   I saw message that reinstallation would help but it did not in my case.

Thank you,

Hi @rockenbl

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Which email client are you using?
  • Kindly login to your webmail and check if that works. Use the username and password instead of auto-filling it.

To make changes to the username and password for scan to email, you will have to either access the EWS page of the printer or use the printer driver.

Kindly refer to this document.

You may watch this video for a better understanding.

To know how to scan to email from the printer screen, click here.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
