Very slow scanning, printing, and will not auto detect, must use IP address to find

MFP M281cdw color lazer will not auto-detect, must use IP address to find, so perhaps a useful clue?

Hard reset printer, reinstalled SW, Updated firmware, New i7 PC with plenty of resources, Windows 11, Windows WIA working, Wi-Fi speed checks out.

Scanning via HP SW it takes forever to process each page from Network, but scanning to USB Drive and over USB to PC lightning fast. Same settings Color 300 DPI. 

Errors/failure boxes are common but not every time.  HP SW - "Unable to communicate with the Scanner"; MS Win11 - "A problem prevented the document from being scanned."

HP Fix Doctor sometimes says nothing is wrong, or errors out.

When the SW is loading it also takes a long time to sync with the printer if selecting network. Much faster when using the USB connection.

Printing also takes a long time when using the network printer option. Is there some setting in the router that is needed or perhaps something to be changed in windows?
