I received a brand new HP Officejet Pro 8035 last week. I can't scan directly from screens on the new printer/scanner. I have to go to the HP emblem on bottom of the computer. The Virtual assistant is worthless. The tech who sold me the new printer said they would include a return label to send the old printer back. There was no label and I don't think the old one will fit in the same box. You can never get in touch with anyone at HP. I wish I had purchased a different brand now.
