Hi @Seppo57,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're having trouble printing from Office 365 on your Windows 11 machine to your HP Tank Plus 555 printer. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
Check Printer Status
- Ensure that the printer is turned on and connected to your computer or network.
- Print a test page from another application to see if the printer is working correctly.
Check for Software and Driver Updates
- Go to Settings > Windows Update to make sure your system is up to date.
- Visit the HP Support website to download the latest drivers for your HP Tank Plus 555, as the current driver may have compatibility issues with Office 365.
Clear Printer Queue
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Click your HP Tank Plus 555, and then click Open queue.
- If there are any stuck print jobs, cancel them and try printing again.
Check Office 365 Print Settings
- Open any Office 365 application (e.g., Word, Excel), go to File > Print, and ensure the correct printer (HP Tank Plus 555) is selected.
- Try adjusting print settings, such as selecting different paper sizes or print quality, to see if that resolves the issue.
Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Uninstall the printer from your system: Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, click on your printer, then click Remove device.
- Reinstall the printer drivers by either downloading them from HP's website or allowing Windows to auto-detect the printer after reconnecting it.
Run Windows Troubleshooter
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Run the Printer Troubleshooter to detect and resolve any issues.
Office 365 Repair
If the issue is isolated to Office 365:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, locate Microsoft Office, click on it, and choose Modify.
- Select Quick Repair or Online Repair to fix any corrupted files in Office 365.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
