Hi @Smvito,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

This is now comical. I've spoken to several of your colleagues. And NO ONE knows what the following error message is:
B89FBAE6
I was told by one of your colleagues in HP Support that my OfficeJet 8710 was obsolete and I should discard it... which is what I did. I purchased a new HP printer. Clearly, your company has poor internal communications.
Very disappointing.
