Try these steps:

Scanning from a PC:

HP Scan Software:

  • If you are using HP Scan software on your PC, the files are typically saved in a default folder, such as 'Documents' or a specific 'Scans' folder. You may be able to set or change the destination folder in the scan settings of the HP software.

Scan to Email or Cloud:

  • If you are using cloud services or scanning directly to email, files may not be saved locally but sent directly to the service.

Scanning from an iPhone:

HP Smart App:

  • When scanning using the HP Smart app on your iPhone, scans are usually saved within the app itself. You can then choose to share them via email or save them to cloud services like Google Drive or iCloud.

File Management Options:

  • After scanning, you generally have the option to save the scan to the Photos app, Files app, or another location of your preference from within the HP Smart app.
