When I try to print a word document the Send Fax window pops up.

I have a wireless connection and can print emails but when I try to print a word document I get the moving circle then the Send a Fax window pops up.  I am also getting a notation on the Word Page that says non commercial "not responding".    Appreciate any help.

As I understand, you're getting a pop-up message while trying to print, 

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

When was the last time it worked fine?

Were there any changes made on the printer? 

Could you share a picture of the pop-up message?

Looks like fax might be set as default, let's change the printer to defaults.

Go to Devices and Printers > Right click on the printer name and set as default. 

Try printing and let me know 🙂
