Hello,
on macOS App Store there is HP Easy Scan 2.0.0 (240212) which crashes on my Mac with macOS 15.3 at startup.
If I use HP Easy Start to download SW for my printer I get HP Easy Scan 2.0.0 (231115) which starts but freezes on scanning double-sided original documents.
What is the right version to use on macOS 15.3?
Does someone has same problem under macOS 15.3?
Regards

I have exactly the same problem and spent several hours "online" with the HP helpdesk until they ran out of time (contact centre closed!). They tried multiple things to resolve the problem with no success whatsoever. The HP Smart App is not a solution as it does not provide for double sided scanning. It is scandalous that by no longer updating the app they are making their own equipment unfit for purpose.
