Hi. Has anyone had issues with wireless connection to your computer after another computer is connected to it? Also, has anyone had issues scanning with and without being connected to the printer via USB? Thank you for your help.

@TracyCG I'm afraid since Microsoft stopped support for WinXP, we have very limited sources available to assist you with the same, perhaps, you can connect the printer to an alternate OS with Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 and check if that works without these issues, and let us know about the same.
Also, does the copier work fine as a stand alone device?
Meanwhile, Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.

Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.

If your printer in not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry.

If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.

If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.

If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.

Try to print.
