It works with 'HP Scan and Capture' app. So the problem comes from HP Smart...

Yes it's OK with HP Scan and Capture, it's also OK with HP Scan as I mentionned in the second post.

It's possible that only windows configure in french are concerned ???

I have just configured my new officejet pro 9020 printer. Everythong fine except of scanning with hp smart on Windows 10. 😞

Same issue for me, since a few months, after an HP smart update... And no solution...

I recommend you all to try the alternate method for scanning till the issue is resolved.

The same issue with Czech version of Windows 10 on two different notebooks. Let's hope for quick fix from hp.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Have you tried using alternate methods?
