Yes it's OK with HP Scan and Capture, it's also OK with HP Scan as I mentionned in the second post.

 

It's possible that only windows configure in french are concerned ???

I have just configured my new officejet pro 9020 printer. Everythong fine except of scanning with hp smart on Windows 10. 😞

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

Have you tried using alternate methods?
