I just got a Laser Jet Pro MFP M29w.  I hope it can be operated from the control panel alone and I never have to use the app.  I have an account but it looks like a lot of stuff I'll never need and I don't want to enter a p/w when all I want is a copy. So, where's the instructions for the controls on the machine?  The power icon is all I have figured out.

@cluke1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

If you wish to make copies, you do not need to use any apps or computers. This can be done using the printer control panel.

 

However, if you need to print or scan, you will have to connect the printer to the computer and install the HP Smart app.
