how do I enlarge/ reduce copy's with a     6020e

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you want to resize the copy settings on your HP printer.

Please follow the steps listed below to change the copy settings:

1. Load paper in the input tray. 
2. Load the original print side up into the document feeder, or load the original print side down on the right front corner of the scanner glass. 
3. From the Home screen, touch Copy . 
4. Specify number of copies and settings. 
● Click to the desired number of copies or use (Keypad) to enter the number of copies. 
● Touch (Settings) to customize the copy job. 
5. Select resize and then select custom.
Note: Custom: Allows you to increase the size of the image by selecting values greater than 100% or reduce the image size by selecting values less than 100%.
5. Touch Start Black or Start Color to start the copy job.

Thanks Rainbow.

We can print from PC to Printer    we can scan from printer to  PC and send document to E-Mail   No problems.

When we tried to follow you instructions we have message printer off line and can go no further !

The printer is not connected by WIFI as we don't have mobile and no need for this in our house. 

any suggestions.
