error scanner I/O samsung m2070

My problem is that for days I can not scan with my Samsung m2070. when I try to scan it appears "the error i / o try to restart and close the device ..." but nothing goes.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall all the drivers and software, but nothing is always the same problem ...

How do you solve this problem ???

I have the same problem. I want to use the ‘scan to’ button on the printer but at the last step I get a error on my pc.

I/O error in communication some...

Reinstalled all drivers en have latest firmware.. 

Can some help or give some insight?

I have the same problem, I have reinstalla all software, I have download software from site but the problem is the same!

I Think is a problem of the printers or the software of the printer, why if just other have the same problem is not a single case!

I'have informations:

Dont't worry, the HP is working on a new version of the sotfware (Samsung Easy Document Creator), my country-support said that.  It will be maybe 1 mounth.

BUT, You can use the 'Windows Fax and Scanner" software, or the "Paint" to scanning.

It works.

Maybe a few day, and we can use to the new upgraded Samsung Easy Document Creator. 🙂

The fix is working, many thanks. It seems rather confusing that HP do not have the fix available to download with the latest drivers.
