I only have 1 tray. When I extend the tray to fit the legal paper, and put the tray back into the printer:
a. The tray sticks out so it looks like it doesn't fit although it is not loose.
b. I get an error message that it is out of paper.

The solution put forth does not work. I can adjust my paper drawer for legal paper, but when I close it, I get an error message that there is no paper loaded.
I think I have done all of the obvious things.

maybe i have the wrong size paper tray. maybe there was a second tray that c ame with it because on the one tray that i have, when i move the little blue butgton all the ay back, it goes from letter size to maybe an inch longer, still not even close to fitting a legal size paper in that tray
