The manual shows no duplex scanning options. You will likely have to refeed the paper to copy onto the second side.

Indeed, the printer support automatic duplex printing only.
You may copy from the Flatbed Glass by selecting 2-sided, then you will be prompt to load another page and you may load the 2nd side.
As its specifications clearly list, its ADF does not support 2 automatic duplex scanning:
