Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Clear Scan History via Printer Control Panel

Power on your printer if it's not already turned on.

On the printer control panel, press the Home button (the house-shaped icon).

Use the touchscreen to navigate to the Scan menu.

Look for the option labeled Scan History or Scan Jobs (this may vary depending on the firmware version of your printer).

Select Scan History and then select the document(s) you want to delete.

You should see an option to delete or clear the selected scan history. Choose that to remove the scanned documents from the memory.

Clear Scan History via HP Smart App

If you're using the HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone:

Open the HP Smart app.

Select your HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer.

Tap the Scan option from the main screen.

In the scan history, select the documents you want to delete.

There should be an option to remove or delete the scan history from your device.
